Live WebinarsBooking & Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment for a live webinar, you will receive an immediate email confirmation containing your order details.Delivery of Access: A separate email will be sent to your registered email address at least 24-48 hours prior to the webinar start time. Pre-recorded VideosPurchase & Confirmation: Upon successful purchase and payment for pre-recorded video content, you will receive an immediate email confirmation.Instant Access: Within minutes of your purchase confirmation, you will receive a separate email containing:A secure link to access the pre-recorded video content.Instructions on how to view or download the videos (if applicable).Details on the platform where the videos are hosted (e.g., private Vimeo link, dedicated course portal).Access Duration: Access to pre-recorded videos is typically granted for a specified period (e.g., lifetime access, 1-year access) as stated at the time of purchase.
